What to Bring If using your own gear, we recommend two medium-heavy action fishing poles with 8 to 10 lb. test line. At time of booking we can offer some suggestions on baits if you choose to use your own. We recommend a light change of clothes and raingear. You may bring any other personal items you wish such as cameras or phones. Each boat will have a dry bag to keep your items secure. On overnight trips all you need is a sleeping bag and any personal items you will need for your stay on the river. For new customers, a deposit of $100 is due at time of booking or you may elect to pay for your entire trip at this time. Reservations can be held on any major credit card or you may mail a check to the address below. Credit Card will not be charged unless you fail to show up for your trip. Full trip price will be due the day of the trip by cash or check. Cancellation Policy If you need to cancel your reservation and you do so one week before your trip, you will receive a full refund or you may reschedule for a later time. If you cancel within the week of your trip, you will lose your refund. For example, if your trip is scheduled to go out on Saturday and you cancel the previous Saturday, you will receive your full refund or have the option to reschedule. After Saturday, you will lose your deposit. The deposit amount of $100 is the same regardless of the number of boats on your trip. In the event of severe weather or unfishable water, we reserve the right to cancel or reschedule your trip at a time that is convenient for you. If a future date is not available for you, you will receive a full refund. A trip may be cancelled by us up to 24 hours of your trip time. We do fish rain or shine as long as the conditions are safe. If it appears weather or river conditions will be a factor, we will contact you a few days prior to your trip to discuss the options. Fishing License You will be required to have a valid West Virginia fishing license for this trip.This can now be done online at http://www.wvfish.com/ or you may choose to pick up a license at any WV Wal-Mart or other license vendor on your way in. Non-resident fishing can be purchased yearly or by the day. The yearly fee is $35 and the one day license is $3. Both licenses require a law enforcement stamp which is $12.
